Meet Stella, The Newest Member of our Team

Williams Realty Partners (WRP) is excited to announce Erica Gagnon from Dover, New Hampshire as the winner of their “Name the Trolley Contest.” With nearly 100 submissions, the name Stella rose to the top as the favorite among Williams Realty Partners realtors and staff. “It was fun to participate in the contest and I’m excited Stella was chosen! Winning a night out with Stella for my family and friends will be a blast and speaks to how innovative they are at Williams Realty Partners,” says Erica Gagnon.                                                  

The trolley, affectionately known as Stella the #1 Home Sellah, has quickly become a local celebrity in Southern Maine. All are welcome to hop on Stella every Saturday morning to tour five properties currently listed by Williams Realty Partners. But make no mistake, Stella not only assists local buyers and sellers, she’s also a philanthropist. WRP donates the trolley for use by local nonprofits including an upcoming stuff-the-trolley toy drive and the Polar Express with York’s Park and Recreation Department this holiday season.

“Giving back to the community is one of Williams Realty Partner’s core values and Stella provides us with a unique vehicle to do so. Both literally and figuratively. WRP is changing the way real estate is bought and sold and we encourage folks to hop on a trolley tour and experience this firsthand,” states Troy Williams, Owner of WRP.
