Elijah Timlin embraces the small-town life of New England today, but he spent the first ten years of his life in the vibrant Washington Heights neighborhood of New York City. Spending childhood summers with family in New Hampshire and Sebago, Maine, gave him a deep appreciation for the unforgettable feeling of a New England summer after a long winter. Thanks to his background, Elijah is blessed with the ability to easily connect with people from all walks of life, a quality that serves his clients well.

After competing in football, lacrosse, and track & field at Cheverus High School in Portland, Elijah went straight to work for a home remediation company. There, he developed not only strong customer service skills but also a practical, hands-on understanding of how homes are built, maintained, and evaluated, knowledge that gives his clients a distinct advantage when navigating a real estate transaction.

Encouraged by a member of our team who recognized his drive and potential, Elijah pursued a career in real estate. He passed the New Hampshire licensing exam on his first attempt, with Maine soon after. Known for his responsiveness, attention to detail, and clear communication, Elijah is committed to giving each client his full focus throughout the buying or selling process.

When he’s not assisting clients, Elijah spends time in his home studio creating music, reading literature, and exploring modern philosophy.
