Kait was born in Massachusetts, and moved with her family to Texas while she was a young child. The family eventually returned to New England and Kait graduated from high school in Dover, New Hampshire. She spent several years honing her customer service skills at Seacoast area businesses before taking on the role of Transaction Coordinator at Williams Realty Partners.

Kait takes each WRP client from initial contract to the closing table, ensuring that all parties fully understand each part of the transaction and that all necessary paperwork is accurate, complete and - most importantly - on time. She knows how to handle the red tape. She directs all coordination with title companies, attorneys, lenders and agents. and makes sure all contractual deadlines are met.

Kait and husband Kasey live in Dover, NH with their two spoiled dogs. They love to hang out with friends, travel, and head outdoors with the pups.
