Born and raised in New Hampshire, Sarah graduated from Thetford Academy just over the border in Vermont. After a year of studying voice at Oberlin College in Ohio, Sarah transferred to the University of Maryland and graduated with a degree in Marketing.

Sarah is an exceptionally talented creative artist and designer who takes special care to make sure we are putting every home's best face forward in all of our marketing. From flyers to professionally printed postcards, to beautifully designed luxury brochures, Sarah creates marketing pieces that leave a lasting impression.

Sarah and her husband Joel Knutsson live in South Berwick with their beloved dog Lola and their naughty cat, Kitty Purry. They enjoy the outdoors and on weekends can usually be found kayaking, hiking, or camping in Maine or New Hampshire. A fine singer, Sarah enjoys sharing her voice at weddings and other happy occasions.
