Sara Hardiman Howard grew up in the charming town of Meredith, New Hampshire, along the sparkling shores of Lake Winnipesaukee. Her parents owned a hotel there, and from an early age Sara was immersed in the world of hospitality. Working alongside her family during her high school and college years, she developed not just strong customer service skills, but also her natural ability to connect with people—a gift that would become central to every chapter of her life.

After graduating from Keene State College, Sara followed her calling to help others in deeply meaningful ways. She worked with developmentally disabled adults and their families, offering patience, advocacy, and unwavering support. Later, as a college Admissions Officer, she guided students and their families through one of life’s biggest transitions, ensuring they felt seen and understood every step of the way.

Eventually, Sara’s entrepreneurial spirit and devotion to service led her to open a massage therapy practice and wellness center in Kittery, ME. There, she created a space where people could find healing, balance, and care—further proof of her belief that walking beside others on their journey is one of life’s greatest callings.

In 2020, Sara fulfilled a lifelong dream and earned her real estate license. Practicing in both Maine and New Hampshire, she is laser-focused on using her decades of people-first experience with her passion for helping clients find not just a house, but their home. With strong roots in New Hampshire’s Lakes Region and deep ties along the Seacoast, Sara offers her clients both local expertise and heartfelt dedication. To her, real estate isn’t simply about transactions—it’s about guiding people toward their goals with her trademark honesty, empathy, and commitment.

Outside of work, Sara embraces life with the same adventurous spirit she brings to her career. She has traveled widely across the U.S., lived for a time in Taos, New Mexico, and recently checked off a bucket-list dream: purchasing a VW Westfalia van. These days, you might spot her with the van top popped, enjoying a beach day along the coast with her family. At home in Kittery, Maine, she and her husband are raising their son, daughter, and their beloved pit bull mix, Phoebe.

Throughout it all, one theme has remained constant in Sara’s life: her devotion to serving others and walking beside them, step by step, to help them reach the place they most want to be.
